Looking for a “how-to guide” for fasting? You’re in luck, because I’ve created one just for you. Incorporating fasting into your eating routine should not be as scary as you think. Taking a gradual approach to fasting can make this transition an easy one, and one that you will stick with. In this video, I’m giving you my “how-to guide” to fasting, including how gradually incorporate into your daily life and how to know when you’ve taken it as far as you can without causing additional stress. The basic steps are:

  1. Start with an overnight fast
  2. Work on fasting between meals
  3. Extend your fasting window to your time goal.
